Date: Fri, Sep 28th, 2018
Time: 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM

Description:

Premier, Elite, Innovative, Model- What do these all have in common? The actions and attainable vision of transforming your training program. This program is a shorter, adapted version of my 4-hour workshop. This program focuses on the total training program experience whether it is a total program rebuild or filling in the gaps and has something for everyone at all levels of the organization and discuss why just "existing" isn't good enough. Examine the concept of reinventing the wheel through creativity, originality, authenticity and pioneering. Forge a comprehensive training program that gives credibility and validity to the organization. The emphasis will be on the foundational processes of determining your WHY and HOW of building a model training program. Most times we know WHAT we do but not always the grass root reasons of WHY we do it. We will look at creating a specific Mission/Vision statement for your training division focusing on where you are, where you want to go, and a plan that helps you get there. We will discuss the need for a program analysis/assessment and how a SWOT analysis will help you determine your strengths, weaknesses, and a plan of action as well as how it aligns with your overall organization's mission/vision statement. Lastly, we will discuss a training division specific strategic plan to serve as a guide to maintain focus, keep on track, identify the need for corrections along the way, and how much collaboration of members of the organization has on the impact for overall success. I'll give you tips, tools, and methods that set your training program apart and for others to model based on proven experience and evaluation of building training programs. Take the next step in forming a vision in your pursuit of excellence in leadership and training. Workshop will include facilitated discussion and activities. Take home reference materials will be provided for each student. Remember... pride, passion, ownership, and stewardship are the pillars of what we should strive for and are a direct result of your WHY.
