• Virtual Meeting-Expectations & Introductions: Friday, October 2, 2026 11:00 AM-12 Noon EST (Mandatory)
• Virtual Meeting-Check-in and Questions/Answers: Friday, October 9, 2026 11:00 AM-12 Noon EST (This meeting is optional, but highly recommended, to allow you an opportunity to meet with the instructor to answer questions and eliminate any confusion or concerns.)
• Online Virtual Classroom: The following dates have been set for the virtual presentations. Friday, October 30, 2026 and Friday, November 20, 2026 11 AM-2 PM EST. Each student must be present for both sessions.

Training Officer Credential candidates participate in approximately 32 hours of online professional portfolio design and interactive learning experience in addition to virtual, instructor facilitated, student driven course work.

The course text is Training Officer Desk Reference published by Jones and Bartlett (not provided with registration). This text is used heavily with the course, it is recommended that you purchase it. It is available online through several sources.
